About the Position

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team in Lyon, specializing in the implementation of the Cleva software solution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requests and evaluate the workload for configuration implementation.
• Configure the CLEVA software (products, services, accounting, workflow, user interface, reports).
• Execute unit tests on completed work.
• Report alerts and difficulties during daily meetings.
• Propose improvements.
• Track anomalies and ensure corrections.

Requirements

• Bac+3 minimum in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in configuring software within integration, deployment, or evolutionary maintenance projects.
• Experience in the insurance sector or with business software is a plus.
• Knowledge in:
  • Software configuration and functional analysis.
  • Algorithmics.
  • SQL (or another query language).
  • Agile methodologies.
  • Functional support and user assistance.
  • Anomaly analysis and functional testing.

• Analytical mind, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ease in written and oral communication.
• Team spirit and continuous improvement mindset.
