About the Position

Join Civitta – an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We are delivering consulting, digital, funding, and public sector transformation projects across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and other global markets.

We are looking for a Consultant | Collaborative Funding to join our international team and support clients in accessing European funding, developing competitive Horizon Europe proposals, and successfully implementing funded R&I projects. The role combines client advisory, proposal preparation, project administration, and implementation support.

The successful candidate will work with research organizations, universities, companies, public-sector organizations, and international consortia, helping them turn innovative ideas into high-quality projects with clear impact and sustainable exploitation pathways. The position requires strong analytical and writing skills, an understanding of EU research and innovation funding, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment.

Locations: Tartu or Tallinn, Estonia

Responsibilities

• Support clients in securing Horizon Europe and other EU funding
• Collaborate on consortium building, proposal writing, and project coordination
• Shape projects from start to finish
• Work with leading researchers to deliver real impact

Requirements

• Strong analytical and writing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an international environment

Salary

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 1900 EUR to 2500 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
