About the Position
Content Marketing Manager
Simply Contact is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of key content and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You’ll shape our brand voice, grow our presence, and help drive inbound leads through high-quality content.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content initiatives aligned with the marketing strategy
- Manage and develop personal brands of key team members on LinkedIn
- Create and oversee content across multiple formats - posts, videos, articles
- Coordinate content workflows with internal and external contributors
- Support outreach and communication with target audiences
- Contribute to company presence on external platforms and directories
- Participate in marketing initiatives including events, awards, and campaigns
- Track content performance and provide improvement insights
Requirements
- Experience in content marketing, SMM, or a similar role
- Strong LinkedIn marketing and communication expertise
- Ability to create clear, engaging B2B content in English
- Structured, proactive approach to managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong team collaboration and cross-functional coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Background in B2B or IT outsourcing
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience working in or with contact centre / BPO companies
