About the Position
Content Operations Specialist/Process Automation Assistant
We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to manage website content via CMS, while also supporting process automation initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve workflows.
Locations: Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan (Remote work available)
Responsibilities
- Maintain website content through CMS following established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify content requirements, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of content updates
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks that could be automated
- Assist the QA team in testing the flows of agentic automation and RPA projects
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HTML and the ability to work with content in a source or code view when needed
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms
- Interest in process optimization and automation, with a willingness to learn and contribute to RPA initiatives as opportunities arise
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across a multi-week, procedure-driven body of work
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience working with web content in a CMS (any enterprise or mid-market platform)
- Prior participation in a site-migration or content-replatforming project
- Basic familiarity with CSS and QA practices (cross-checking rendered pages against a reference site)
- Practical experience with RPA solutions, including designing, testing, or supporting automated workflows
