Control Room Operator

About the Position

We are seeking a Control Room Operator for our Live Casino team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The role is centered on ensuring the functionality of studios and products while maintaining game standards in line with company SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify the operational activities as per the Activity Organization Matrix;
• Ensure the functionality of the studios;
• Respect and maintain the game standards imposed by the company;
• Acknowledge the table calls and solving them so that the game can be resumed as soon as possible;
• Report and log incidents and mistakes;
• Assist in the process of closing and opening tables;
• Up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies.

Requirements
