A professional licensed insurance broker and market leader with 15 years of experience is looking for a Corporate Client Acquisition Manager to join the team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new B2B clients.
• Conduct telephone negotiations and online/offline meetings.
• Analyze clients’ needs and present the company’s brokerage services.
• Build and develop your own client portfolio.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
• Support clients throughout the entire sales process.

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Strong negotiation skills with business owners and company executives.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting will be considered an advantage.
