About the Role and Mission

At Inter, you will be part of the expansion of our Corporate Commercial team, with the mission of opening and consolidating the Triângulo Mineiro market (with potential for expansion to the Midwest), accelerating customer acquisition and asset growth in the region. In a challenging credit market context (with increased delinquency) and with the need to increase our speed and quality of information, you will play a central role in building a solid, efficient, and results-oriented commercial operation, connecting market opportunities with the solutions of the Inter ecosystem.

Daily Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial strategy and execute the expansion plan for the Corporate portfolio in the Triângulo Mineiro region (and, in the future, the Midwest)
• Open the Uberlândia market and structure the local team (initial hiring of 2 Officers)
• Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with Corporate clients, with a consultative approach and focus on results
• Conduct negotiations and close new deals, ensuring credit quality and sustainability of the portfolio
• Structure and monitor the Business Plan for the region, with clear goals for customer and asset growth
• Monitor commercial KPIs, team productivity, and achievement of goals in a high-pressure environment with peer support
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Credit, Formalization, and Legal) to enable operations and improve end-to-end process fluidity
• Ensure commercial discipline, management routine, and continuous team evolution, with a focus on high performance
• Use and manage internal systems and tools for commercial support and portfolio management

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial management and/or team leadership with goals (high performance)
• Solid experience in serving and prospecting Corporate/Business clients (corporate portfolio)
• Experience with commercial goals and portfolio management, with a focus on base and asset growth
• Ability to build and develop a commercial team (structuring from scratch is a differential in the context of the vacancy)
• Knowledge of banking products and business plan construction
• Ease of operation in a dynamic environment, with goal-oriented performance and collaboration between areas
• Ability to liaise with partner areas to enable operations (Credit, Formalization, and Legal)
• Availability for on-site work in the region (Uberlândia/Triângulo Mineiro) and interface with other markets (BH/Goiânia, as per expansion)

Desirable:

• Experience in digital banks/fintechs
• Experience with regional expansion (market opening, local go-to-market)
• Previous experience in banks such as: Votorantim, ABC, Safra, Sofisa, Itaú, Santander, Bradesco (or similar)
• English (not necessary for daily tasks; may be considered a differential)
