We are seeking a Country HR Manager for a Western production company in the automotive industry to lead and direct the HR team.

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Implement new HR policies, procedures, and processes
- Manage talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
- Provide reward advice and employee support on company benefits
- Work with senior managers, advising them on all people issues
- Coach managers on performance management issues and processes
- Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement; provide guidance on development for managers and their teams
- Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge
- Manage HR budgets
- Managing a team of HR managers
- Reporting to CEO
