Sharmax is expanding its global presence and is seeking a Country Manager to lead our operations in Spain.

This role is crucial for establishing and growing our retail network in the region, ensuring the successful launch of new stores, and driving the overall business strategy in the country.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and build partnerships to expand the retail network.
• Operations Management: Set up and optimize business processes in Spain.
• Strategy & Finance: Develop strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, marketing, finance, IT, and HR.
• Performance Control: Ensure retail outlets meet company standards and achieve key KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills.
• High self-organization and a systematic approach to work.
• Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
• Language: English, Spanish, and Russian.
