About the Position
We are looking for a Creative Strategy Manager (TikTok Shop) to join our team. This role is not just about being creative or managing social media marketing (SMM). We need a Growth Architect who understands that content on TikTok is a mathematically driven tool for generating revenue.
Your primary metric is not likes; it is GMV (Gross Merchandise Value). Your primary tool is not inspiration; it is hypothesis testing.
Responsibilities
Your daily cycle will be a continuous process of Audit → Hypothesis → Test → Scale:
- Diagnosis: Analyze the funnel to identify where we are losing money. Why is a user watching but not buying?
- Strategy: Define growth vectors. What offers, triggers, and “hooks” will resonate with our audience?
- Hypothesis Generation: Create clear briefs for the content team based on the principle: “If we use this hook → we will gain +10% CTR → because it addresses this specific customer pain point.”
- Performance Analysis: Ruthlessly cut what doesn’t work and scale what generates revenue.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce
- Experience with TikTok Ads / TikTok Shop or Western markets (US/UK).
- You have personally optimized a sales funnel (CTR → CR → Average Check).
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel / Google Sheets are your best friends).
