Credit Analyst

Hiresigma is seeking a detail-driven Credit Analyst to support our commercial lending team in Rockland, MA. This role involves credit underwriting, portfolio management, and credit administration. Ideal for someone with 2–5 years of commercial credit experience, this position offers exposure to various loan types, including CRE, construction, and C&I loans.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting: Underwrite moderate to complex commercial loan requests including CRE, construction, and C&I.
• Portfolio Management: Complete renewals, annual reviews, and modifications with appropriate risk ratings and mitigants.
• Analysis: Analyze borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and appraisal reviews.
• Reporting: Prepare and present credit write-ups to lenders and committees.
• Support: Assist in appraisal bidding, vendor management, and credit reporting.
• Mentorship: Mentor Credit Analyst I team members and support lending officers on borrower calls.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years of commercial credit, financial analysis, or lending experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in spreading financials, tax return review, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as RMA, D&B Hoovers, and CoStar is a plus.
• Abilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
