Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships and fostering collaboration with existing clients and partners
• Reporting on work progress for clients, in collaboration with other company departments: data science, trading, product development
• Analyzing client markets (crypto exchange instruments) and creating proposals for additional services
• Implementing actions within marketing and sales campaigns

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the crypto industry
• In-depth knowledge of the crypto markets and a strong understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ease in establishing contacts and conducting business conversations in English
• Ability to analyze customer needs
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• At least a basic understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market
• Ability to learn new issues, including technical ones

Nice to Have

• Experience in a KAM (Key Account Manager) or similar position
• Experience in trading on traditional or cryptocurrency markets
