About the Position
Customer Relations Specialist (język angielski) / Specjalista/-ka ds. Relacji z Klientem (język angielski)
- Location: Jelenia Góra lub Wrocław, dolnośląskie, Polska
- Department: Customer Success
Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships in English and Polish - via phone and email, working in a 2-shift system.
- Support the verification and registration process for company clients and partners.
- Provide pre- and post-sales email support to our clients and partners.
- Solve simple technical issues (with support from more experienced colleagues in the department).
- Conduct demo sessions (remote software presentations) for clients and company partners.
Requirements
- Positive energy, diligence, and commitment.
- Ability to solve problems independently and a sensible approach to life and work.
- Skills in effective self-organization and quick thinking.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT issues such as email and the internet.
- Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing.
