About the Position

HTML Design Specialist / Specjalista/-ka ds. Projektowania HTML (język angielski)

• Location: Jelenia Góra, dolnośląskie, Polska
• Department: Customer Success

Responsibilities

• Design email footer templates using HTML and CSS, considering client guidelines and device limitations.
• Communicate with clients (via email, phone, remote sessions) to gather requirements for email footer design.
• Solve client issues related to email footer templates (via email and remote sessions).
• Advise and support clients on email footer template design, working in a 2-shift system.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
• Excellent knowledge of Polish (spoken and written).
• Experience in business client support (via email, phone, remote sessions). Experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Positive energy, diligence, commitment, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Skills in effective time management and technical proficiency.
• Very good knowledge of computer operation, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT issues such as email, the Internet, and computer networks.
