About the Position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Marina del Rey, CA. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.
Responsibilities
- Lead product implementation, including setting up integrations, product configurations, and training customers on usage.
- Help sales win by ensuring new customers achieve success on their most important metrics quickly.
- Build deep, lasting relationships with customers through regular meetings and constant communication.
- Collaborate with marketing to bring new customers into our community and help them share their stories.
- Help shape the product by understanding customer needs and identifying gaps and opportunities.

- Go above and beyond consistently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Customer Success: Proven experience in customer success management.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Product Implementation: Experience in setting up integrations and product configurations.
Nice to Have
- eCommerce: Experience in eCommerce customer experience/support.
- Healthtech: Experience at an early-stage Healthtech company.
- EHR/PM Integrations: Familiarity with EHR/PM integrations (Epic, Athena, Experity, eClinicalWorks, etc.).
We Offer
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD per year.
