Customer Success Manager - Central Germany (f/m/d)

Join Instagrid as a Customer Success Manager in Central Germany and be part of the clean-tech revolution. You will bring clean energy to your region, support professionals in transitioning from combustion generators, and enable them to use a safe, efficient, clean, and quiet energy solution.

Responsibilities

• Präsenz zeigen: Build long-term, trusting customer relationships through regular on-site visits in your region and maintain them sustainably.
• Hands-on Onboarding: Ensure a smooth start by implementing our products directly with customers and training the on-site team.
• Wachstumstreiber: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations and proactively turn them into measurable successes.
• Strategische Gebietsentwicklung: Monitor metrics for your region and sustainably expand customer relationships.
• Botschafter & Schnittstelle: Gather valuable feedback "from the field" and coordinate with our internal teams.
• Business Reviews: Conduct regular strategy meetings with key accounts to substantiate the value of our solution and solidify the partnership.
• CRM-Pflege: Document your interactions in our CRM system even while on the go.

Requirements

• Erfahrung im Feld: 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical sales – ideally in field service.
• Regionalität: Ideally, you live in the Eastern Germany region (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, or Magdeburg).
• Reisebereitschaft: You are accustomed to being on the road and have a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Vertriebs-Mindset: You enjoy direct customer contact and have a keen sense for commercial opportunities.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Confident communication skills in German and English, at various levels.
• Eigenverantwortung: You organize your tours and priorities independently and value the freedom to manage your territory autonomously.
• Resilienz: You feel comfortable in a dynamic startup environment and remain unfazed even by a busy schedule.
