About the Position

A professional licensed broker and market leader with 15 years of experience is looking for a caring and detail-oriented specialist to join the team as a Customer Support Manager in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting existing client contracts

Candidate Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in insurance or the medical field (will be an advantage)
• Fluent Ukrainian language skills
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
