About the Position
Bring your ideas to life at Boeing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company and a business unit of Boeing Defence, Space and Security. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Vertical Lift Supply Chain team to analyze data and support inventory management for the UK AH-64E Apache.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Inventory Modelling Tool to review data and align part number configurations with the Engineering Bill of Material.
- Identify and communicate demand usage trends across the platform for correlation against variables such as region and supplier.
- Support and provide analysis for material spend and continuous improvements.
- Identify potential supply risks by interpreting demand data and work with internal departments on solutions.
- Perform “what if” analysis to resolve the impact of contract or environmental changes.
- Work with large data sets in Excel.
- Employ Root Cause and Corrective Action techniques to progressively explore areas to improve inventory performance.
- Execute Supply Chain Best Practices during the completion of all assigned work.
Requirements

Basic Requirements:
- Previous experience with demand forecasting, ranging, and scaling of a product.
- Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to macros, arrays, pivot tables, logic statements.
- 3+ years of experience within a Supply Chain role.
- A focus on first-time quality and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Experience with the use of tools and systems to forecast products.
- Advanced Data Analytical skills.
- The ability to obtain SC Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced Communication Skills.
- Experience in a collaborative team working environment.
