Why You Are Our Ideal Candidate
- Excellent knowledge of the German language (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and a willingness to learn.
- Enjoy communicating and solving problems.
- Ready to work in a shift format: 2 day shifts from 7:00-19:00, 2 days off, 2 night shifts from 19:00-7:00, 2 days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling, monitoring, and processing inquiries via chat (up to 7 simultaneously), calls, and email while adhering to established quality and response time standards.
- Forwarding requests for resolving technical and financial issues to other departments and duplicating requests in relevant specialized documents.
- Notifying individual players about current resolutions when necessary.
- Responding to messages in accordance with corporate policies.
- Staying updated with news, updates, and internal team communications.
Application Process
- Language test (1 hour).
- HR interview (1 hour).
- Security check.
