Responsibilities
- Participation in the preparation of tax, financial, statistical, and other reports.
- Control of the payroll sector: correctness of calculations, accruals, fulfillment of quotas for employing people with disabilities, and other indicators.
- Reflection in accounting of other accruals and income payments to individuals (including non-cash gifts) and their taxation.
- Control of fiscalization of transactions.
- Control of acquirer and PRRO registers, analysis, and communication with various company departments regarding the timeliness and completeness of information.
- Verification of contracts, identification of company risks, and providing recommendations.
- Control of the correct reflection of business operations in accounting, formation of income and expenses.
- Participation in the automation of processes and accounting, including the implementation of SAF-T reporting.
- Assistance to junior specialists in resolving issues.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Experience as a Deputy Chief Accountant or Chief Accountant for at least 5 years.
- Professional higher education is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Accounting Standards, accounting rules, tax legislation.
- Experience in preparing tax, financial, and statistical reports.
- Proficiency in BAS/1С 8.3, M.E.Doc, Вчасно, Excel (at the level of complex tables and registers).
- Experience in automating accounting processes is a plus.
- Experience in implementing SAF-T is a plus.
- Skills such as independence, systemic thinking, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment are required.
Mandatory experience with the following software:
- BAS ЗУП, Fredo, M.E.Doc, Вчасно, ПРРО, electronic taxpayer's office, client-bank.
- Excel: registers of acquirer transactions, PRRO.
