Customer Technical Training Specialist (Customer Training Delivery)

About the Position

Bring your ideas to life at Boeing. We are looking for a Customer Technical Training Specialist (Customer Training Delivery) to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in supporting multiple current and future Boeing programs by developing, maintaining, and teaching a variety of Boeing aircraft composite repair courses.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and defines customer technical training needs and requirements.
• Develops technical training proposals.
• Evaluates and determines training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
• Uses specialized software technology to research, develop, and modify new and existing media and materials.
• Prepares lesson plans and instructs participants.
• Researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates the effectiveness of standard technical training.
• Supports the development and documentation of training standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Prepreg and wet lay-up composite sandwich repair (Preparation, Bagging, Curing – Hot Bonder)
  • Experience with damage progression modeling in ceramic and/or polymer composites

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals, and Boeing Structural Repair manuals.
  • Experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
  • Composite non-destructive testing.
  • Composite material ordering and storage.
  • Composite repair lab development and maintenance.
  • Software skill - PowerPoint.
