Danish / Norwegian / Swedish Speaking Finance Process Specialist

Cognizant is one of the fastest-growing outsourcing companies in the world with massive plans for Europe in the coming years. We are looking for specialists who would like to work with our Scandinavian clients in the finance area.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate with external and internal clients to ensure a high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production.
• Work with insurance, pensions, banking, payroll administration, and HR systems tasks.
• Manage correspondence and documentation.
• Participate in different projects contributing to process improvement.
• Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes.
• Prepare reports and analysis.

Requirements

• Good spoken and written Danish / Norwegian / Swedish (B1 and above) and English language skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Working experience with MS Excel would be an advantage.
• Experience in Finance / Insurance / Accounting field and/or related studies would be an advantage.
