Since 2016, we have been developing digital solutions in Augsburg so that our customers can quickly find the right rental car - and be digitally accompanied at every booking phase. As a Data Analyst (m/w/d) AI & Automation, you will shape the further development of our car rental comparison with modern AI tools and data-driven decisions. You will automate processes, implement technical partner integrations, and develop dashboards that provide transparency and continuously improve our product and partner performance.

Responsibilities

• Enable data-driven decisions: You analyze KPIs, develop reports and dashboards, and derive data-based recommendations for action to continuously optimize our car rental comparison.
• Identify and automate processes: You continuously analyze internal and partner processes for optimization potential and drive their automation independently. With AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor, you implement automations yourself, aiming to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Analyze and optimize technical integrations: You analyze data from technical partner integrations, identify anomalies using Python, Tableau, monitoring, and alerting, and derive data-based optimization measures to increase the performance of our technical integrations.
• Own AI features from idea to go-live: You identify where AI has the greatest impact along the customer journey, design the solution, and manage the implementation with the IT teams – from prototype to testing to launch.
• Implement data projects together: You work closely with IT, product management, executive management, and international partners and successfully bring data-driven solutions into our products.

Requirements

• Education: Above-average completed studies with a quantitative or technical focus, e.g., Data Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable.
• AI-supported work: You naturally use modern AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT for analysis, automation, and development of efficient solutions.
• Data Analytics: You have experience in data analysis and visualization with tools such as Tableau, Grafana, or comparable business intelligence solutions and derive concrete action recommendations from them.
• Analytical Thinking: You quickly understand complex relationships, derive concrete action recommendations from data, and develop pragmatic solutions for the continuous optimization of our processes.
• Technical Understanding & Collaboration: You work confidently with IT teams and external partners, quickly learn new technical topics, and bring together different requirements in a targeted manner.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing.
