Data Analyst

About the Position

Join our fast-growing business group as a Data Analyst. Analyze user acquisition and behavior, develop dashboards, and support decision-making with your analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data on user acquisition and behavior;
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards in Tableau;
• Monitor data quality, promptly identify root causes of anomalies and discrepancies;
• Perform ad-hoc analytics to support business decision-making;
• Document data processing logic, metric definitions, and analytical workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst;
• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, aggregation, joins, window functions);
• Experience in building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau;
• Understanding of product and web traffic metrics (Retention, LTV, CAC, CR, ROI, Churn);
• Basic knowledge of statistics for data analysis and trend identification.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ClickHouse and analyzing large datasets;
• Hands-on experience with product and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, etc.);
• Experience in conducting and evaluating A/B test results;
• Basic knowledge of Python for data processing automation.
