About the Role and Mission

You will be part of the Lifecycle Analytics team, directly involved in data projects, ensuring innovation and value generation for our clients.

Daily Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize robust and distributed data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Apache Spark.
• Develop and manage solutions using AWS ecosystem services, such as S3, EMR, Glue, and IAM.
• Monitor data flow health, investigate performance bottlenecks, and act on incident resolution.
• Implement quality and governance routines to ensure data consistency and availability.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business areas to understand requirements and provide necessary information for consumption.

Required Skills

• Solid experience in data engineering, with practical knowledge of Apache Spark for processing large volumes of information.
• Fluency in data-oriented programming languages, preferably Python.
• Strong experience in advanced SQL for modeling, structural transformations, and analytical queries.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, including processing and storage.
• Experience with code versioning control using Git and data orchestration concepts.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving profile, with good communication and collaborative posture to support the team.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with specific pipeline orchestration tools, such as Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge in real-time data processing (streaming).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices, such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Previous experience with other cloud platforms, such as GCP or Azure, which can compensate for more specific knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience in data processing and treatment from the financial and marketing industry.
