The Interface Financial Group is looking for a creative, data-oriented disruption junkie that understands how relational databases, logic, and an intuitive user interface can drive efficiency and ultimately, productivity in the finance industry. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable database systems
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Understand and create relational databases
• Understand and create process flow diagrams

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in systems analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of web-based applications
• 2 to 3 years Java and JavaScript experience along with other programming languages and methodologies
• Relational database development and database administration knowledge
• Experience and knowledge of mobile and cloud-based applications would be a plus
• Knowledgeable in multiple operating systems
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to work well with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and users
• Knowledge of support systems a plus
• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems management with a minimum of 2-3 years related work experience
• Should be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
