Delivery Lead / Engineering Manager
GLIWICE | KRAKÓW | WARSZAWA | WROCŁAW

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical delivery and engineering teams
- Ensure Agile delivery practices are followed
- Utilize Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace for project management and collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate with team members in Polish and English (B2+)
- Attend office in Gliwice once a week
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical delivery, development management, or hybrid role
- Practical Agile delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, and Google Workspace
- Fluent in Polish and English (B2+)
- Availability to work in the Gliwice office once a week
Nice to Have
- Experience in a software consultancy or digital product studio
- Background in AI-augmented development or toolchain automation
- Experience managing distributed or cross-border teams
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 16000 - 24000 PLN net (monthly)
