Compliance Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance strategies
• Ensure alignment of legal requirements with business goals
• Combine Agile methodologies with compliance practices
• Stay updated with legal changes and interpret regulations
• Communicate complex processes and procedures effectively
• Continuously develop skills and stay precise, on time, and scrupulous
• Fluency in English (C1+ level) and good command of Polish (B2+)

Requirements

• A degree in law, economics, or finance
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in planning and executing compliance strategy
• Ability to combine legal requirements with the organization’s business goals
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile approach in practice
• Openness to change and ability to adjust solutions to current business needs
• Great analytical skills and ability to analyze formal documents
• Highly developed communication skills
• Focus on continuous development
• Great self-organization skills and determination in pursuing goals
• Willingness to undergo onboarding at our Gliwice office and visit it for meetings if needed

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT companies/software houses
• Knowledge of Scrum basics and familiarity with a flat organizational structure
• Compliance training and certifications

• Medior: 9100 - 13500 PLN net
• Senior: 13500 - 17200 PLN net
