Design – UI/UX Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. Responsibilities include developing design for web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Development of design for the main platforms Web, iOS, Android;
• Build and maintain Design Systems (create and customize auto layout, variants);
• Describe the rules of behavior of new modules Guide & Rules;
• Create interactive prototypes;
• Collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders to achieve a quality user experience;
• Competitor analysis;
• Presentation of your decisions to the team, ability to tell how and why such decisions were made.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with commercial projects;
• Understanding of modern UX design principles and methodology;
• Understanding of AI in principles and how to apply it for a daily work;
• Ability to find and use references;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and design rationale;
• Knowledge of popular UI component libraries and system design methodologies.
