My Muse is an app for AI-generated romantic stories with an audience of 1.5+ million users worldwide. The poster is the main preview of each story. In the catalog, the user sees it in a mini-format, on an almost black background, and decides in a couple of seconds: to open or scroll further. We are scaling up and looking for a person who will make this first contact with the story with us.

We work in different styles: photorealism, fantasy, anime. One thing remains unchanged - the materiality of the picture: skin, fabric, hair, surfaces must be worked out, not flooded by generation.

Responsibilities

• Create posters that increase the CTR of stories in the catalog: bright, contrasting, with a centered composition that is readable in a small size on a dark background.
• Bring AI-generation to final quality: retouching, correcting anatomy and artifacts, Face Swap, light, color correction, upscale. Raw AI images do not work.
• Develop Title Design and poster composition so that the title and art are readable together.
• Maintain consistency of the character and location based on the provided materials of the series.
• Generate several options and A/B hypotheses for one poster, discuss with the creative and product team, and quickly make adjustments. The initial work pace is 3–6 posters per week.

Requirements

• Advanced AI-prompting and generation (Midjourney, Krea, Higgsfield, Leonardo) - accurate prompts for emotion, composition, plan, and cinematic light from the first iterations. Ability to extract photorealism from modern models (Nano Banana, Seedream, etc.).
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Photoshop - masks, collage, detailed retouching, correction of AI artifacts and anatomy, Face Swap, color correction.
• Title Design and typography - expressive, readable titles and text blocks that harmonize with the background art.
• Understanding of mobile-first composition: emphasis on facial emotions (close-up), contrast, color triggers, focal points for quick attention capture.
• Portfolio with realistic posters or covers. Plus, if your cases show your pipeline, not just the final images.
• Advantageous: 3D (Blender, Daz Studio) for building reference scenes and poses for subsequent generation.
• Basic proficiency in Figma - this is our shared file hub.
