About the Position

We're seeking a Junior SEO Specialist for our digital marketing team in Kyiv, Ukraine, or remotely. Gain hands-on experience with mentorship and grow into a Middle role.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the preparation of commercial proposals and planning SEO budgets (data collection, draft preparation, calculations).
• Performing basic SEO audits according to a checklist (technical part + on-page), forming a list of tasks and priorities.
• Preparing specifications for programmers using templates, monitoring execution statuses, and verifying implementations.
• Setting tasks for content managers/copywriters: selecting page structures, text requirements, metadata, internal linking; monitoring execution.
• Basic link management: selecting donors based on criteria, preparing specifications/anchor lists, tracking placements.
• Maintaining regular reports and supporting dashboards/tables: positions, traffic, technical indicators, work plan execution.
• Communication with the account manager and team regarding task statuses, risks, and results.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic SEO theory: internal/external ranking factors, technical SEO, on-page, link-building databases.
• Practical experience: at least a few real cases (even small) or work/freelance/own sites experience.
• Ability to work with essential tools: Google Search Console, basic Google Analytics (GA4), SEO crawlers/audit software (any: Netpeak Spider, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Understanding of semantic selection and clustering (any tools/approaches).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel (tables, formulas, data accuracy).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, analytical thinking, results orientation.
• Fluent Ukrainian, working English (reading documentation, basic communication).

Nice to Have

• Experience with multilingual sites.
• Experience in promotion in multiple countries.
• Understanding of SEM (brand monitoring, basic tools, work logic).
• Experience/understanding of ASO or interest in the direction.

Salary is determined based on the results of the interview (depending on practical level and skills).
