About the Position
ThingsBoard is a B2B IT product company specializing in IoT solutions. Our core product, the ThingsBoard IoT platform, is used by developers and companies worldwide. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. You'll create and manage impactful marketing projects for our IoT platform, working in a small marketing team and owning your work end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Create content across formats: blog posts, emails, web copy, social media
- Run marketing projects end-to-end - brief, coordinate contributors, launch, report (webinars, collaborations, feature launches)
- Keep the content calendar moving
- Plan and send email campaigns, and track how they perform
- Watch the numbers on your activities, explain what worked, and suggest what to try next
Requirements
- Understanding of basic digital marketing (channels, metrics, funnel)
- Experience in content creation
- Ability to manage projects and see them through to completion independently
- Upper-Intermediate English
Nice to Have
- B2B experience
- Background in tech (IT / IoT / hardware / dev tools)
- Experience with webinars, collaborations, or media
- Basic SEO and comfort with analytics (GA4 / GSC)
- You use AI tools to work faster
