About the Position

Digital Transformation Lead - Remote (UK) - c£70K + Benefits

A rapidly growing AI consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to take ownership of enterprise client engagements, drive successful technology transformation projects, and lead the development of a growing consulting team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth AI business at an exciting stage of its development. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to shape and deliver transformation programs, while mentoring consultants, improving delivery standards, and helping to build scalable ways of working across the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the successful delivery of multiple enterprise transformation engagements
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and early-career talent
• Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Provide consulting guidance, challenge existing approaches, and identify opportunities to improve delivery
• Identify and manage delivery risks, blockers, and project issues
• Improve delivery processes, quality, accountability, and consistency across the team
• Support resource allocation, utilisation, and team capacity planning

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering digital, technology, or business transformation programs
• Strong background in technology/digital consulting, ideally working with enterprise clients
• Experience personally leading transformation projects and client engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading consultants/teams
• Strong understanding of project delivery, consulting methodologies, and continuous improvement
