Responsibilities

• Establish and steer core design principles from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of design integrity.
• Play a pivotal role in firm-wide strategic initiatives, enhancing our profile across key markets.
• Mentor, manage, and grow our design team, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Spearhead innovative design concepts and conduct in-depth precedent research to guide projects.
• Guarantee the exemplary graphic quality of all design outputs, aligning with our strict standards.
• Facilitate design charrettes, fostering a brainstorming environment that encourages creativity and project refinement.
• Lead client engagements, effectively communicating design visions and strategies.
• Represent our firm’s design philosophy, both internally and within the broader architectural community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Over 10 years of architectural design experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior design role.
• Licensed architect with a demonstrated portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful designs.
• Experience spans client relationship management and business development within the architecture industry.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, InDesign, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strategic thinking matched by a passion for long-term design evolution and innovation.
