About the Position

The Design Recruiters is seeking a Director of UX Research for a renowned Research and Strategy agency in New York, NY. In this role, you will oversee multiple client engagements and team members to ensure the best methods and approaches are utilized. These methods will include User Testing, Workshops, Friendship Groups, etc.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Anthropology, Psychology, or Human-Computer Interactions or equivalent
• Proven experience as a UX Researcher
• Strong understanding of qualitative research methods
