Requirements

• Higher education in economics, finance, management, banking, law;
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or risk management, financial monitoring, audit, or legal services in banks;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian laws and other regulatory acts related to the Bank's activities, National Bank of Ukraine regulations, and internal Bank documents;
• Proficiency in PC use;
• Impeccable business reputation;
• Accuracy, attentiveness, and responsibility;
• Discipline and accountability;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Communication skills;
• Leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Management of all activities of the compliance control service;
• Processing information about conflicts of interest among Bank employees and making decisions to avoid such conflicts;
• Organizing control over compliance with Ukrainian legislation and internal Bank documents by all Bank divisions during the Bank's operations;
• Analyzing and calculating the Bank's compliance risk profile;
• Controlling the development, implementation, and improvement of internal Bank documents from a compliance risk management perspective;
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory documents when developing or modifying business processes;
• Developing and participating in the development of internal Bank documents on compliance risk management to identify and eliminate compliance risks;
• Providing reports on the current state of compliance risk management to the Bank's Board and Supervisory Board;
• Ensuring compliance with the Bank's corporate values and code of conduct;
• Monitoring changes in legislation and controlling the implementation of these changes in internal Bank documents;
• Controlling the Bank's relationships with clients and counterparties to prevent the use of the Bank in illegal operations;
• Participating in the investigation of internal and external fraud events and organizing the protection of personal data.
