About the Position

HRK S.A. is seeking a Financial Accounting Director (K/M/Inni) for one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, in Czarnków, Wielkopolskie. This is a hybrid work position with a permanent employment contract.

Responsibilities

Oversee the proper maintenance of accounting records
Develop accounting policies and supervise document circulation
Manage the company's tax settlements, including CIT, PIT, VAT, WHT, and real estate tax
Handle transfer pricing issues, tax schemes, and R&D relief
Supervise international transaction settlements
Monitor the company's financial liquidity
Collaborate with banks on financing, credit applications, and securities
Prepare financial reports and work with auditors
Coordinate the financial report review process
Prepare required reporting to the Commercial Registry, Statistics Poland, and the National Bank of Poland
Supervise the inventory process
Prepare reports according to SeaKing Group standards, including year-end closings, forecasts, and budgets
Manage the controlling department
Coordinate the company's insurance process
Oversee HR and payroll matters
Coordinate CRBR and ZFŚS issues
Support the company's formal corporate obligations

Requirements

Experience in a similar role as Financial Director or Chief Accountant
Experience in accounting for a manufacturing company
Experience in managing a team of up to 10 people
Practical knowledge of accounting and tax issues
Experience in handling international transactions (WDT, WNT, export, and import)
Good knowledge of VAT, CIT, WHT, and real estate tax regulations
Experience in banking
Knowledge of HR and payroll issues, including ZUS and PIT settlements
Fluency in English
