E-7A Wedgetail Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Mechanical and Structures

About the Position

Bring your ideas to life at Boeing. We are looking for skilled, driven individuals to join the E-7A Wedgetail program at RAAF Base Amberley, Queensland. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you'll be hands-on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing, and fault-finding on aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion.
• Ensure compliance within the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations.
• Foster effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teams.
• Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices.
• Embrace a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical or Structures)
• Be an Australian Citizen to meet Defence security requirements.
• Hold a current driver's license.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with Military aircraft.
• Hold a CASA or DASA Maintenance Licence.

Security Clearance
