E-learning Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an E-learning Specialist with 3-5+ years of experience in e-learning course development to join our team. You will be responsible for developing complex, customized learning courses and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Development of advanced interactive courses (simulations, scenario-based training)
• Optimization of content development processes
• Selection and implementation of new development tools
• Technical review of courses and solutions
• Integration of multimedia (video, audio, images)
• Coordination of the development of key e-learning products
• Implementation of innovative approaches to the course development process
• Mentoring Middle-level developers

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in e-learning course development with extensive use of Articulate
• Experience in developing complex, customized learning courses (interactive training modules, simulations)
• Experience in end-to-end course design and development, from concept to implementation
• Experience in learning transformation or scaling learning initiatives within a company
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders on the development of e-learning solutions
• Experience working with LMS platforms, including course uploading, configuration, and testing
• Expert proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise)
• Deep understanding of instructional design and learning experience (LX)
• Strong understanding of the principles of designing complex interactive learning solutions
• Advanced skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) for creating prototypes and adapting visual course materials
• Advanced multimedia skills, including creating, adapting, and optimizing video, audio, and graphics for complex courses and simulations
