About the Position
TemaBit Fozzy Group – an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses within the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for business process management and infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an engineer to take on the development of a centralized platform for collecting, processing, and analyzing logs and metrics based on the ELK Stack (Metrics, Events, Logs, Traces). This is not about maintaining the existing setup – the team is actively developing the platform, so we need someone who understands observability in a broad sense and is ready to make architectural decisions, not just perform tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deployment, configuration, and support of ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Designing and maintaining the pipeline for collecting and processing logs and metrics
- Analyzing, optimizing, and managing data in Elasticsearch
- Creating and maintaining dashboards, visualizations, and alerts in Kibana
- Integrating ELK with other systems and data sources
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in the ELK infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in positions such as ELK Engineer / Elastic Stack Engineer, Observability Engineer, DevOps/Platform Engineer (with a focus on logging/monitoring), or Monitoring Engineer
- Proficient in Elasticsearch – ILM, mappings, DSL, troubleshooting
- Experience with Kibana – dashboards, KQL, alerting, RBAC
- Logstash – building pipelines, filters, integrations
- Experience with Elastic Agents (Filebeat/Metricbeat, Fleet)
- Linux – working with services, networking, bash scripting
- Practical experience with logs, metrics, and observability pipelines in a production environment
- English – B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
