About the Position

Enterprise Architect (m/w/d)

Join ALDI Nord as an Enterprise Architect to bridge Business and IT, design architecture big-pictures, and ensure quality in architecture processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between Business and IT with a solid understanding of core retail processes
• Support strategic initiatives in architecture planning artefacts to inform stakeholder decisions
• Design, align, evolve, visualize, and communicate Architecture Big-Pictures and necessary IT architecture artifacts
• Govern and ensure quality in architecture processes and procedures
• Host, moderate, and facilitate architecture community meetings to identify potential areas of optimization
• Define and establish common standards, patterns, and best practices together with relevant stakeholders
• Curate enterprise architecture meta model and enterprise architecture repository

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT architecture roles (food retailing sector beneficial)
• Deep knowledge in common architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, SparxEA) and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Experienced in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience in complex SAP transformation projects (incl. SAP S/4 HAN RMM, eWM, and TM)
• Strong analytical and architectural skills with the ability to outline and present complex coherences in a simple and comprehensible way
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Collaborative skills and interdisciplinary problem-solving thinking
• Required language skills: minimum German: B2, minimum English: B2
