EPC Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager for a large-scale international project in Jayapura, Indonesia. Responsibilities include full-cycle project management, team building, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company for the execution of the project, including but not limited to the whole cycle project management work from engineering design to planning and cost control, procurement, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, training, and handover at all stages of the project.
• Establish and improve various project management systems, formulate and improve various management systems to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the project.
• Coordinate the working relationship of various departments and positions, supervise and evaluate their work quality, reward the good and punish the bad.
• Rationally allocate various resources of the project department to solve major problems in construction.
• Responsible for coordinating the relationship with the owner, supervisor, local departments, and other construction units.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, with a professional certificate in engineering management preferred.
• More than 15 years of experience as a project manager in large-scale international EPC projects.
• Familiar with and master international construction acceptance standards, with certain team building and team management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational coordination, risk identification, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills, English can be used as a working language, and long-term overseas business trips are acceptable.
