ERP Coordinator

About the Position

We are seeking an ERP Coordinator to manage and support our ERP system in Ukraine, ensuring smooth operations and user support.

About the Company

Anybusiness Consult specializes in the manufacture of complex mechanical parts using milling and turning methods. We collaborate with enterprises in various sectors, including medical equipment, telecommunications, optics, and defense industries. The company has production facilities in Sweden and Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Work with ERP System

• Daily work in Monitor ERP and system support in the Ukrainian division.
• Working with data, settings, and system functionalities according to business processes.
• Analyzing errors and unusual situations, finding causes and solutions.
• Identifying user needs and assisting with issues related to ERP work.
• Ensuring the correctness of system operation and usage in daily processes.

Knowledge Transfer

• Close collaboration with the Swedish team to learn about Monitor ERP and internal business processes.
• Acquiring knowledge about system settings, logic, and operation specifics.
• Gradually building expertise and becoming the key contact person for ERP in Ukraine.

User Support and Training

• Advising employees on ERP work.
• Training new and current users.
• Preparing clear instructions and recommendations for system operation.
• Collecting user feedback and identifying problem areas.

Development and Optimization

• Analyzing local business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using ERP.
• Formulating and refining business requirements for the system.
• Collaborating with the Swedish team and technical specialists on necessary changes and improvements.
• Participating in testing new features and changes before implementation.

Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems, CRM, accounting, or other business automation systems.
• Ability to quickly understand new systems and complex business processes.
• Systematic and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and data.
• Ability to communicate with users, technical specialists, and the international team.
• Independence and responsibility for your area of work.
• English language proficiency - Upper-Intermediate or higher, as a significant part of the interaction will be with the Swedish team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ERP system implementation.
• Experience in data migration, testing, or ERP launch.
• Experience in business process automation and optimization.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.
• Understanding of production processes and their relationship with ERP.
