About the Position

Gaston Mechanics LLC is a Ukrainian manufacturing company. We produce high-precision metal and plastic parts using mechanical processing methods for Ukrainian and European clients, combining modern production, European standards, and a team of skilled professionals.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager with HR and Recruitment Functions-a person who will ensure the smooth and organized operation of the office, help us find new employees, and gradually contribute to the development of internal HR processes under mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily operation of the office and resolve current administrative issues;
• Organize the procurement of everything necessary for the office and interact with suppliers and contractors;
• Manage the full cycle of personnel selection: from posting vacancies and searching for candidates to conducting initial interviews and supporting the candidate until the end;
• Coordinate communication with hiring managers and candidates;
• Assist in organizing the onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
• Maintain basic HR processes and internal communications;
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of HR processes with the external HR team.

Requirements

• Experience as an office manager for at least 1 year;
• Experience in recruitment, HR, or an administrative position with HR functions-a plus, but not mandatory;
• Basic understanding of the recruitment and selection process;
• Willingness to develop in the HR field;
• Organization and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people;
• Independence, responsibility, and proactivity;
• Confident proficiency in PC and basic office tools.
