About the Position

Anybusiness Consult, a company specializing in the sale and lease of warehouse real estate in Lviv and the region, is actively scaling and developing two directions: its own warehouse facilities and brokerage services. We are currently seeking a practical and analytical lawyer to manage warehouse lease agreements and grow with our business.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse lease agreements from initiation to closure;
• Prepare, review, and support contracts;
• Communicate and collaborate with sales managers;
• Conduct negotiations with clients regarding contract terms and agree on changes;
• Participate in meetings and Zoom calls with clients.

Requirements

• Practical experience in contract management;
• Practical experience in negotiation and closing agreements;
• Ability to argue positions and find solutions in the negotiation process;
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers.

Nice to Have

• Driving license (will be advantageous and important for future client meetings).
