Especialista de Producto - División Profesional

By joining Kärcher México, you will be at the forefront of defining and leading the technical strategy for our commercial and industrial product portfolio. Collaborate with the Product Management team to apply advanced market analysis and product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management to define and lead the technical strategy for Kärcher México's commercial and industrial product portfolio.
• Manage Product Lifecycle (PLM): Oversee the complete product lifecycle, impacting cost structure, margin, pricing, and technical competitiveness analysis in the B2B market.
• Multi-disciplinary Leadership: Lead the coordination of New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Service Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Technical Reference: Serve as a technical reference for validating equipment specifications, architecture, and features, interacting directly with manufacturing plants, R&D, and regional engineering centers.
• Technical Enablement: Facilitate the technical enablement of the sales team by interpreting engineering documentation, advanced specifications, and transferring key technical knowledge.
• Consultative Engineering Solutions: Influence the design and implementation of B2B engineering solutions, optimizing critical indicators such as productivity, operational efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO), and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience: +3 years of experience in portfolio management, ideally in commercial or industrial machinery (B2B). Experience in managing a portfolio of cleaning products (floor scrubbers, sweepers, dry ice cleaning equipment, industrial vacuums) is highly desirable.
• Skills: Affinity for innovation and technology, with an interest in the development of the professional cleaning robot line (KIRA).
• Language: Advanced conversational English.
