Wake Forest Health Network is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 100% outpatient care role.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records and documentation.
• Leverage DAX Copilot to streamline clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited medical school as an MD or DO
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Active DEA registration for prescribing privileges
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina medical license as an MD or DO
