Fachplaner HLS (m/w/d)

About the Position

We are seeking a Fachplaner HLS (m/w/d) for designing HVAC and plumbing systems in Frankfurt, focusing on BIM modeling in Revit.

Responsibilities

• HVAC and plumbing design across HOAI phases 2 to 5
• Sizing of ventilation systems according to DIN 1946 and VDI 6022
• Heating and cooling load calculation, hydraulic design
• BIM modelling in Revit, clash detection with electrical
• Preparing bills of quantities and cost calculations

Requirements

• Degree in building services, Staatl. gepr. Techniker HLS or Technischer Systemplaner with at least 5 years of experience
• At least 3 years in HVAC and plumbing design at an engineering firm
• Confident with Revit or LINEAR
• German B2

Nice to Have

• Experience with clinic or laboratory ventilation
• GEG certificates and energy balances
• VDI 6022 category A

Salary

Gross annual salary: EUR 55,000 - 65,000
