About the Position

Konica Minolta Ukraine, a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH and part of the Konica Minolta Inc. holding company, is a global provider of comprehensive business solutions, paper and electronic document management services, corporate content management, and professional printing. We are currently seeking a Client Work Specialist for Sales Support to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Respond to incoming inquiries, provide information on equipment selection and costs.
• Sales Support: Prepare standard contracts, control approval and signing processes.
• Document Control: Monitor the approval and signing of documents.
• CRM Management: Maintain and manage CRM systems.
• Supply and Installation: Organize the supply and installation processes of products and solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Higher education.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in client support/sales, document management.
• CRM Experience: Experience working with CRM systems.
• ERP Experience: Experience in 1C or other ERP systems is desirable.
• Skills: Organizational skills, advanced communication skills, a desire for development and purposefulness.
• Software Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, Outlook.
