Currently, we have an open vacancy for an Office Manager in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception works: answering phone calls, meeting guests, responding to emails, coordinating incoming and outgoing documentation
• Create comfort in the office: ordering tea/coffee, office supplies, coordinating the work of the cleaning company, communication with the business center regarding minor repairs
• Organize business trips: creating orders for business trips, booking hotels, ordering transport tickets

Requirements

• Higher education
• Experience in document management from 1 year
• English language (preferred)
• Organizational skills
• Developed communication skills
• Desire for development and purposefulness
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and experience working with them
